I have learned the importance of providing correct/accurate information and the danger of omitting information. 

A distinctive reminder for myself is the importance of body language. Even over the phone one's body language can be felt. 

One key point I took from this lesson is that as technology advances so does the preferred methods of communication. 

Throughout this course I learned the importance of trying to understand my students' sentiments even if i do not agree. I was able to get a better grasp of thinking of the student first. 

Through this course I have learned the value of using time effectively when communicating with students. Especially when connecting with students in a long distance setting it is important to be organized, concise and straight to the point.
