Staying up to date with the institutions policies is important and maintaining a Resource Notebook with critical and current information should be strongly advised. As well as keeping up with the industries and everything regarding the programs we offer in our institutions.
This section discussed how our organizational structure can support the admissions department and our incoming students. Understanding the policies and procedures in our admissions meeting are essential for us to be up-to-date, and well informed for our knowledge and for the school.

It is super important to make sure your notebook is up-to-date so you can always provide students with accurate information.
In this module I learned the importance of knowing the different departments and keeping track of how important these departments are for the student. I got to learn about my schools departments and how important they'll be for my future students!
I learned how if institutions can have affiliation agreements in order for their credits to transfer seamlesly. But if they don't , students would have to consult with said institutions to see how their credits transfer.
