I learned that we need to be transparent in advising about transfer of credits. I will make sure to stay compliant when advising this information to a potential student.

I learned about the different types of advertising and how you should advise the students about student services, career services, and library options.

I learned about how the enrollment agreement is a legally binding document once both parties sign it. I will also be sure to make sure that I have all information ready to go for the interview so that way it is as smooth as possible.

I learned that keeping an organized and up to date resource notebook will be extremely beneficial in my role as an admissions representative.
