The Admission process.

I learned how critical it is to maintain accurate, complete and timely documentation throughtout the admissions process.

Good to review the requirements and standards especially when audit season arrives.

At most schools there are specific guidelines to follow when enrolling a student, including but not limited to an application, providing the institution catalog, reviewing, completing and collecting a student enrollment agreement, financial aid options/considerations, creating a new student folder, and knowing what to do with the folder when you have completed your part.

Admision document must be fully completed to have students fully enrolled

The admissions process is important not only for rules and regulations, but also for the potential student. As admissions it is vital that we understand the requirements, enrollment agreement, and some basic information on financial aid. Organization is key as there will be a need to file information for each student.

This section discussed how important the enrollment agreement and the admissions process are.

Be prepared for the initial admissions inteview and use a guideline to make sure you cover all points.

It's so important to make sure you are filling out all the required paperwork properly, follow the checklists & guidelines so it leaves no room for error or confusion.

There are a lot of procedures and paperwork involved in the admissions process which must be upheld 100% with fidelity.

I am very happy to expand my educational knowledge here with you all.
Thank you very much!

Having rules and regulations help to ensure a fair treatment of all applicants and the institution's expectations for them and their enrollment. This also offers guidelines and structure for employees to follow to aid in their positions.

I plan to learn the steps inside and out to ensure that all students are considered with an equal standard and that they know what that standard is.

From the admissions process and paperwork, I’ve learned how important it is to stay organized, accurate, and detail-oriented. I understand a student is not enrolled until the student enrollment agreement is signed.

I learned that there is a specific guidelines when it comes to enrolling students. Also, having a students file with a checklist is great for helping to ensuring that important steps aren't missed.

The module discussed the importance of the enrollment agreement and handbook. It also discussed the importance of being prepared with the correct information at an interview to maintain compliance.

I have learned that it is imperative that admissions enrollment terms be followed completed and that all forms need to be completed before enrollment is complete. Additionally, all forms need to be stored according to policies set forth by the institution. Payment, refund and financial aid information is something I need to be able to discuss.

This module reiterated the importance of following policies and procedures (and seeking clarification/guidance from your supervisor when necessary). It is vital that we are prepared for the interviews and have all documentation organized in a way that ensures we don't overlook any crucial steps in the compliance process.

To ensure 100% compliance is maintained at all times, I use a pre-enrollment checklist to help guide me through each enrollment, which ensures each step in the enrollment process is carried out in compliance to CIE regulations.  The sequential order of steps is important, since the commission requires specific tasks to be done in a specific order, such as all applicants must receive a copy of the school catalog prior to collection any funds from an applicant.  Also to ensure mandatory disclosures are provided prior to registration.

I learned that Admissions should be fully prepared for interviews and that every part of the enrollment agreement needs to be completed.

I learned to ensure the admission paperwork should be in order as explanation, so you leave less space for mistakes.
