I have learned the importance of not only the original training, but how having consistent renewal and refresh training plays a large role. 

I have learned that institutions do not have to have a solidified marketing plan in place. 

I have taken away the information about preparing a students file prior to an interview with discussion points ready. I have also learned that some financial information may be provided by the information outlined in the catalog.
