I have learned that you should be well versed in credit transfers so you that you can knowledgably speak on the topic.  I have also learned that admissions need to be continuously learning as things can always change and you need to stay up to date.

I have learned that it is important to be well versed in all aspects of the institution.  You should be able to speak on every aspect with some form of experience, whether that is taking a class or using a service.  

I have learned that it is very important to have an attention to detail when it comes to paperwork and answering questions involved in the admissions process.

I learned more about the importance of the regulations and how it is important to stay updated on them as they are ever changing.  I will use this information to help direct student questions.
