Creating a notebook and updating it periodically while receiving updates is critical in the success of ensuring that students are receiving the most up to date policies. 

This module talks about the importance of truly knowing your institution and the prospective departments that will service a student during their matriculation. Be comfortable in addressing their concerns about the things that are most important to them.

This module highlighted why it is important to understand the admissions policies and the necessary procedures to ensure the handling of those documents and secure the information of the student is important. 

I learned that it is important to understand the policies, regulations, and the role of admissions. A best practice is to have a notebook that includes all of the regulatory documentation and updates.
