As in many institution staying up on policies is important for success. Make sure that you are compliant in all aspects of the institutions code. 

Maintaining accurate records is important for success. That is what I learned in this module. 

You must know the enrollment agreement. You shouldn't enroll students without this understanding. It would not help the future students who have a chance at completing the program. 

It makes sense to read all policies and procedures. Its also important to provide proper documentation. 

It is important to have an accurate checklist/notebook. Staying up-to-date and compliant means admissions staff must regularly review updates. 

You need to be how your institution can serve your students during their time within their degree. You really need to know everything about your department so that you can market and have advertising work for your benefit. I think that would be pretty effective.

First, you have to make sure you have accurate information. Making sure the information/documents is secure and to be organized while you are participating in the administration process.

I learned importance of knowing your different policies and the rules for the people in admissions. I learned how to be a better representative and to make sure to follow the compliance standards.

Comment on Amanda Vickers's post: Yes, this can be difficult to do. Nowadays people tend to read too much into what is being said. It can also apply to social media posts or text messages. Its a difficult rope to walk. 

I thought it was interesting to learn about asynchronous discussions as well as learning about constructive feedback in student posts/comments.
