Understanding the end to end process for admissions is critical for prospective students. It's important to be able to offer good solid information to the student so they are able to make important decisions for their education.

It's important to understand all enrollment policies and procedures including refunds, credits to/from other schools and the pricing of courses for the students.

It's important to be up to date on all policies and procedures and be able to communicate well to students about these.

The understanding of the programs, manuals, policies and all useful information to the Student and the Institution is critical to ensure it is compliant. Having a checklist is a great way of ensuring all documentation is readily available and up to date.

It is important to understand the marketing strategies available to the institution.  How we should use these under the Fair Consumer Act.  The need to understand all documentation and keep these up to date to ensure we have the best information available for the students.

I have learned how important it is to understand the admissions process end to end, to have the paperwork ready for completion and have the knowledge to explain thoroughly the process to the student(s).

I learned the importance of the rules and regulations, how they need to be used to help with the institution and student enrollment
