We need to make sure that whatever tool is chosen is appropriate for our learners and appropriate for the format of the class. There are many different tools that can be chosen, such as WIKI, blogs, and digital portfolios. We want to make sure that technology is additive and not more confusing for the students.
Technology has provided and alternative foundation for students to understand vastly different learning objectives and modalities. By utilizing technology individuals will be able to use the information provided to address and accommodate diverse learning styles and give students an opportunity to explore each topic thoroughly.

lots of tools out there finding tools that fit the application is tough especially in my subject internet classrooms are great but my trade eventually you have to put your hands on tools and be able to function in the field can't wire a house from the computer !

One thing that I believe stuck with me was the descriptions of teaching style (e.g. 1) authority, 2) demonstrator, 3) facilitator, 4) delegator, and/or 5) expert). In a typical course, one may be utilized more than others, but depending on the activities and lecture, it is possible to implement multipl styles in a class period.
