I learned that pod cast's are a great learning tool

A takeaway from this lesson is that regardless of the personal teaching style, facilitating the teaching process and learning process should be included. A facilitator of learning helps students become more independent in their learning by encouraging participation and collaboration. A facilatior makes the processes easier and more effortless. We must choose tech tools to faciliate student-centered learning to help them develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The list of technology tools was good but seemed a little limited. Linking the technology tool to the course and lesson objectives is important.

Technology tools are hardware, software, or digital resources that help people perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate more effectively. They range from physical devices like computers and tablets to software like word processors and interactive whiteboards, and online platforms used for collaboration, learning, and administration.

Examples of technology tools:

Productivity and communication: Computers, tablets, document cameras, and software like word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation programs.

Interactive and collaborative learning: Interactive whiteboards, collaborative digital whiteboards, and platforms for group work like Google Docs or Padlet.

Data and assessment: Learning management systems (LMS) that provide analytics on student performance and interactive tools for quizzes and polls.

Creative and immersive tools: 3D printers, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and video generative AI tools.

Specific applications: Educational apps, websites like blogs and wikis, and specialized software like video editors or simulations.

Instruction resources can be organized in a way allowing for clear delivery of information. The online learning environment can fit with in instructor teaching style and students learning style.

Understanding one's teaching style and the technological tools available are very important to bothe instructor and student alike

I have learned that working with different types of technology can be beneficial as each student has their own way of learning and absorbing information. Using multiple approaches increases the chances that students will understand and retain the information being presented.

To really understand which tool is best to use for student..To help enhance there learning experience.

the importance is how technology will help to facilitate learning and engage students to navigate through the course easier and in a timely manner most students are already used to technology with their smartphones and most of them will use cellphones in the classroom linked to the course.

I learned that discussion boards, and learning management systems help keep students engaged and connected in a virtual classroom.

ITIS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE TOLLS AND HOW WELL STUDENTS PERFORM AFTER USING THESE TOOLS .FROM THAT THE INSTRUCTOR CANDETERMINE IF CERTAIN TOOLS ARE GOOD OR NOT FOR THAT CLASS

It's important to always assess and reflect on the teaching tools that works best for teaching our students to be successful.

it is important to understand the tools you have at your disposal. utilizing tech in the classroom for virtual learning and or in person teaching can allow for increased access to knowledge and ease of process.

In this module I learned that in order to make sure the right technological tools are used, an instructor must conduct proper research to solidify it aligns with the content of the material to be learned.

I enjoy incorporating technology tools into my classroom presentations. It allows me to experiment with the tools to create better learning environments and opportunities for my students.

What I have learned from this module is that when introducing new technology to a course, it is important to use a checklist to ensure it aligns with the objectives and learning outcomes being sought and that usage issues are considered upfront. We are now looking at ways to incorporate AI in courses and technology is a very important part of this addition.

From this module, I learned that selecting the right technology tools is essential not only for engaging students but also for organizing and delivering online course content effectively. I now see how tools like LMSs, blogs, digital portfolios, and virtual classrooms each serve different but complementary purposes in facilitating learning. Moving forward, I plan to carefully match each tool to the specific function I need—whether for reflection, collaboration, or instruction—so that technology enhances the learning process rather than complicates it.

I have learned that it is best to do your research on each technology tool and see what works best for you and your students' success.

Tools are only good if students use them...period.

I learned that the tool needs to be chosen based on the ability of the tool to deliver the material to the students, to increase engagement and collaboration to make the learning more active.
