I believe If you're in person and in class learning room is on point then the online content and learning should be easy, I feel that when you earn your students respect, they will follow your lead online and participate 100%
I plan on applying what I learned in this course by bringing my upfront knowledge and hands experience to the classroom, I would consider that under the synchronous learning method by also providing an asynchronous style of learning for those who pick up learning on their own pace and schedule.

It is important to choose the right tools to assist you in your methods, it is just as important to recognize when the tool you apply is an effective and appropriate tool to conduct your teaching methods or when it's not.
Being a long life seasoned vet of the electrical trade now I plan on taking all that knowledge and all my training and be the best instructor I can be it will be a mission critical project like those out here in the field my mission is to teach students to be electricians and to keep learning it will be a challenge because no matter how long you've been in this trade we are always learning
