what ive gathered is you shouldnt play a teacher authority role more like figure out what they like and be a educational supportive friend

its so interesting to see the two different categories of the 7 and the 5 i believe.

Individualized learning and competency-based learning are closely related to adult education.

What I've gathered is adult learning is much different the children. Adult learning also has different obstacles. 

What method do you think reaches more student to retaining information. Hands on Activities or Independent Study In A Book.

I discovered that providing extrinsic motivators might be more detrimental than beneficial. If I cease rewarding pupils for doing what they should be doing, they may become demotivated.

I should concentrate on figuring out how the assignments relate to what the students already desire in order to motivate them in the future.

From the module ive gathered that people learn in multiple ways. Attitude and what you say can affect how someone learns. But you learn from the students as much as the student learns from you.

I believe If you're in person and in class learning room is on point then the online content and learning should be easy, I feel that when you earn your students respect, they will follow your lead online and participate 100%

I plan on applying what I learned in this course by bringing my upfront knowledge and hands experience to the classroom, I would consider that under the synchronous learning method by also providing an asynchronous style of learning for those who pick up learning on their own pace and schedule.    

First impressions make all the difference, must get off to a good start and making sure you have your student's attention sometimes depends on the impression you make on your first day.
