Saving lesson plans and making reflections on them after class is great for the next course.

The content on demonstrations was helpful

I have extended my understanding of the non-traditional trade school student and their needs. This is important in communication and soft-skills in dealing with whatever needs those students may have.

The content regarding a specific objective was important. The objective for the lab part of the course will need specifics that I can measure.

The topics I was most interested in were about how I present myself to the class.

It is good to hear the information about how much, when and what type of personal information to share with the students. 

I learned about the importance of keeping student engaged through open discussions and engaging questions that are planned in a way that facilitates learning. I plan on using a survey of my presentations to help me relect on the students perspective. 

I was unclear on asynchronous curriculum and how is was different than any other virtual class. It is always good to be reminded about the importance of organization and prep.

I've learned some strategies for teaching a VC and to keep assessing my own use of technology.
