I learned that communication and teamwork are core values for many companies. Younger people seem to lack some communication skills in the classroom, I notice.
Through this module, I learned how the concepts covered connect directly to real-world application rather than existing in isolation.
This module reinforced how important communication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism are to success. Soft skills shape how we work with others and handle challenges. I plan to apply what I learned by listening more actively, communicating clearly, and staying adaptable and respectful in professional settings.

Soft skills influence how we respond to challenges, how we build rapport with learners, and how we create a classroom climate that supports motivation and success.
