When we say that quality instructors ensure that all students learn regardless of their learning style we need to know that no matter what we need to design the instructional model according to their learning style in we want good academic results.

The study of the brain functions, allows professors to design the correct and appropriate assignments taking into consideration what the students are really able to do.

I really like what Knowles states when he says that adult learners are motivated by internal rather than external factors because they know what they really want and what they really need. External factors are important but do not define the person's interests.

I love Erikson and as a teacher I can tell that the different stages reflect what the person is really able to do.

Motivations depend on students' needs and this is why they are seeking different kinds of courses and carreers.
