I will be a more cognizant instructor regarding generational learning styles. 

Instructors must be mindful of the different learning types that come with each generation. 

Each generation has its own learning traits based on its age grouping. 

The different generations have distinct personality differences. 

Soft skills are just as important as hard skills in the classroom. 

Being communicative in the classroom is crucial for instructors. 

Instructors need to be accountable to their students as well, even more so. 

I learned that communication and teamwork are core values for many companies. Younger people seem to lack some communication skills in the classroom, I notice. 

I am more aware of the needs & challenges each student may bring with them to the classroom environment. 

I need to be mindful of students that English is not their first language.
