Summative informs if learning goals were met at the end. 

Formative ensures learning is happening along the way. Together they create a balanced assessment system: one guides learning and the other validates it.

Apply concepts to real-life problems or case studies. Provide guidance early on then encourage more independent, encouraging more independence and goal settings. 

Build strong communication by providing detailed grading rubrics and assignment guidelines

Understanding how to store, organize and retrieve learning objectives efficiently. The database links objectives with the course syllabi, lesson plans, exams and quizzes ensuring curriculum alignment.

Ihave gained awareness of how the course material  can be presented  and the importance  of understanding  the format used in the course. Additionally, I have learned  to recognize the role of technologuy and teaching strategies. 

Students and instructors participate in discussions, lectures and activities simultaneously. Instructors can provide instantaneous responses to questions, fostering dynamic discussions.

Leveraging technology tools in nursing education can enhance learning, increase engagement and improve overall education experience for students.

Instructors can develop the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues that students may encounter. Providing clear and concise directions, expectations and feedback, given that the nuances of face-to face communication are often lost online.

The opportunity to actively engage with students through discussions and sharing my work experience, credentials and educational experiences.

To understand the key concepts of eLearning the instructor should have a complete understanding of the Course Management system and platform
