Amazing!

This course was awesome because I was able to manage my time and make it through in a reasonable amount of time. Great organization of materials!

I Enjoyed This Training Session:

I really enjoy this training session because it really reiterated how well we are staying up to par on training with our schools. Admission Representatives can only benefit from such training due to the in depth information on policy and procedures we cover. I think more training situations such as these should continue.

TRAINING WITHOUT EXPERIENCE

The only experience that I had prior taking this training, that it was "awsome," was thru my college education plus vocational training in the civilian , and military life. You go across the admission staff at college level they do  not provide you with all the information that is required according to your traning. At college level you need to see many staff; the counselor  look at your transcription to see if they are going to accept your credits. And sometimes at the end of the journal you realize that not all the information you gather from them were the correct… >>>

I loved this online course!

I loved the fact that I could go at my own pace.  That made learning more enjoyable.  Continuing educating ourselves on what we do is the best way to perform better at our job.  The forums were great too.  If I had questions...they usually got answered!

I took the admissions and compliance courses.  What did everyone else think about it?

Thanks!

Designed for Intelligent Thought

I have gone through several trainings in different areas in my employment history and this one was the most professional, concise and provided extremely valuable information.  The design of the quizzes makes is crucial to read each one carefully to avoid making an interpretive mistake.  I enjoyed the challenge of the questions and the content.  Thank you!

a lot of information

I did like how we could go at our own pace.  It was definitely a lot of information especially with all the daily changes we undergo.  I feel like over the last month all of the compliance, policies and procedures have changed.  But, this course did go over alot of information that people may have questioned before.

At your own pace training

I enjoyed the training, because I was able to move at my own pace through the material. It also covered all areas a veteran Admissions representative or new representative needs to know to stay compliant.

Learning Something New

I have experience in the higher learning field but I learned some new practices and policies I wasn't fully aware of.

The biggest take away is that the training is good but putting all these practices to use immediately,  is key.

Bottom line, we are responsible for educating qualified students through an ethical and compliant system.

The Pleasure is all Mine

I truly enjoy taking these classes. I have learned so much about what I am doing and how I can improve on my teaching skills to make it much better. I don't won't to rush through the classes because I want to understand it fully, but I can't help but want to do the next class because I find them to be so interesting. I know we can only take a certain amount per quarter, but we should be allowed to take as many as we would like as long as we reach the required amount. I love to learn, therefore,… >>>

Solid Training

I believe this was a pretty good training. A lot of this information that if you are an employee with Delta, you have to know it anyways or you've probably already been in trouble. I enjoyed taking this online class because I did learn a few new things and I think it may help me as an Admissions Representative.

Effective Training

I would have to say that this was a very thorough training on compliance and ethics.  It is very important now that we incorporate what we have learned in our corporate culture.  Though I am careful with how I handle people in the admissions process, the training helped me to see a more in-depth glimpse of what challenges we have to overcome as well as how to uphold the integrity of the institution better.  I'm excited to be armed with knowledge that I can apply everyday.

Work and Knowledge Before Opening Your Doors

Unfortunately there aren't outlines on creating a course catalog correctly and the information that is required.  One has to first submit the information to then get correspondence on everything that is done wrong and the corrections that need to be made.  Taking this online course was one of the requirements which I was initially irritated about but now that it is over I am grateful that I did because it was very informative while allowing me to provide students the information that they rightfully deserve to make an informed decision before attending our institution.  Thanks

Priority for new admission reps!

I've taken several on line admission courses over the years but CM201 was as good as it gets! I'm motivated to update my resource book and re-create it more in line with the course suggestions. We plan on adding two new admission reps this spring......this course will be a priority for them!

Keeping your finger on the pulse.

As a Campus President it is essential that one keeps the finger on the pulse of the school. This effort starts with being compliant from the entrance of a prospective student into your campus and never really ends. Students as per our goals are to be successfully placed in reward health careers, but they are also our alumni boosters and need to be utilized on PAC Committees and in our classrooms as motivational speakers for our current students.

Every encounter in our school is a potential customer service trial and it is essential the Campus President has trained and partnered… >>>

CM201

As my dental assisting program is being established, I feel more organized an able to understand the admissions process as well as be able to suggest ideas in regards to admissions.  During the hiring of an admissions representative for the program, as the Director, the resource notebook will be a great communication tool for keeping the school organized and our mantra alive.

CRM201

Upon completing the training I have updated my resource book for accuracy. It is a great tool and very handy in appointments. In addition, I have planned to attend a few internal trainings to be up to date in industry knowledge to be able to assist my team and coach by having more information to share.

Information at your finger tips!

I finished the CM201 Course and the key to me was creating my Resource Notebook. I have printed the regulations and add to my notebook as well. On a daily basis I come to this page and look at comments and add some notes from several different persons.

It’s great to have this community here and communicate with all of you.  As admission representative I find myself in a position to help people to find their way to success, and that makes me really proud of myself.  Some Key points to all off this are to be positive, encourage people… >>>

Informational

I think this was a great opportunity for newcomers to learn all the aspects of the admissions process; as well as keep the current agents up to speed on information that can easily be forgotten.

Great Course

This was very inclusive of all important compliance and regulatory issues related to the CIE. I feel that I am now current on all necessary information. Thanks MaxKnowledge.

Great Course

It is alway s goos to refresh your skills and this training course put me to the test. I have taken tips and will continue to build from what was revisited during this training course. This will enable me to assist my team and ensure we stay refreshed on topica that are not always on the top of our list but important.
