Keeping your finger on the pulse.

As a Campus President it is essential that one keeps the finger on the pulse of the school. This effort starts with being compliant from the entrance of a prospective student into your campus and never really ends. Students as per our goals are to be successfully placed in reward health careers, but they are also our alumni boosters and need to be utilized on PAC Committees and in our classrooms as motivational speakers for our current students.

Every encounter in our school is a potential customer service trial and it is essential the Campus President has trained and partnered with all associates to help them be the best in all the campus business dealings. It is only in this way that successes can be maximized and time consuming negative situations with unhappy students, affiliates, and associates minimized.

Campus success is developmental and is a "work in progress" challenge. Communication via meetings at the management level and meetings from management to all associates is essential to recognize success and plan for ways to develop all associates for participation in campus growth through success.

So never take your finger as a leader off the pulse of your responsibility, the campus you serve.
