First i think you should ask what they are looking for. Some times prospective students don’t know exactly what they want. But sometimes they are looking for what you offer.

What I consider most important is to show your prospective students that you know what is going on out there. But on top of everything let them find them self’s on the carriers you offer.

Use good communication skill. Your office it is also important. No noise or loud phones. No interruptions. Tone of voice and courtesy, are also key to keep customers engage to your conversation. Clean and no cluster environment is important.

We work as a group. No matter what position you have in the school, we must greed all the prospective students. The information must be available to all employees. Maintain meeting to discuss different approaches, and how to handle prospective students. It is really important to keep all staff engage on this process. Creating enthusiasm and interest.
