Upon completing the training I have updated my resource book for accuracy. It is a great tool and very handy in appointments. In addition, I have planned to attend a few internal trainings to be up to date in industry knowledge to be able to assist my team and coach by having more information to share.

It is alway s goos to refresh your skills and this training course put me to the test. I have taken tips and will continue to build from what was revisited during this training course. This will enable me to assist my team and ensure we stay refreshed on topica that are not always on the top of our list but important.
