I finished the CM201 Course and the key to me was creating my Resource Notebook. I have printed the regulations and add to my notebook as well. On a daily basis I come to this page and look at comments and add some notes from several different persons.

It’s great to have this community here and communicate with all of you.  As admission representative I find myself in a position to help people to find their way to success, and that makes me really proud of myself.  Some Key points to all off this are to be positive, encourage people to continue the education process.

• We set our goals! But a person without goals will have an empty feeling inside.  
• Having a positive attitude builds a report with our customers and prospective students.
• Providing students with tools to success.
• Help students organize and create a Resource Notebook
