I will now utilize what I have learned in all works of my life.  I know I have to learn to balance my time better.  There is a little misuse of time.  Many of the tools covered I use them anyway I just never put them together for an overall strategy.

How I manage stress and prevent burnout

I hike on weekends and workout at least 5 times a week. I also volunteer with a veterans nonprofit organization called Team Red, White & Blue, which wants to connect veterans to their community via social and physical activities.

I already practice meditation, postivie affirmation, exercising and eating healthy.

Using technology to reduce stress

I use my fitbit watch during lunch time to practice breathing sessions. It helps me focus of just that and it also sets reminders to take breathing breaks.

This was a fascinating course.  I intend to look back over this topic next year.  The ideas presented about toxic stress can improve both work and life.   

Leading

I do plan on thinking more about my actions as a manager.  While I try to lead by example, I know I have opportunities to improve as an employee and as a manager through my personal actions.

Great information. Retrain is always a best practice to have to help you with your knowledge and skills. It also helps you to review and look at things different for a different stand point.
