Reevaluating goals is essential for preparation for new goals.

Whenever possible, make the chnage before asking your supervisees to do so.

Excellent discussion I agree with the writers. For us to be effective employees, we have got to understand, and know what's expected from us. We have to know what our boss expect, and need. If they (our bosses) are reluctant or indecisive with informing us about their expectations, then I agree  with the lesson plan seek out infromation from coworkers, who may have been working with this boss. This will provide us with some points of reference for meeting our boss's expectations.

I have utilized some of the strategies discussed with some success...i.e. Breaking students into small group activities, walking to the back of the classroom. I may try to reassign back row to the front to see if this is effective.

I have learned from this exercise that we deal with different personalites and situations. The main goal is the delievery of how we approach the goal. first, analyze the situation. If we don't take this in consideration, we jump too fast and can lead to defensive situations. Second, is the planning of the delievery. Know when and where to approach the individual in a ideal area where no other workers are around 

leadership should be set by example.

We all need to manage our time at work. I know it takes time, practice and patience. We also need to set working patterns.

Visionary managers as  both mangers and leaders should have knowledge, relevant behaviors, passion and vision of a better futiure state of existence to the company they mange and lead.
