Sometimes it gets so hard that I just cant do anything... one of my strenghts, when I feel i'm under lots of stress, I try something completely new.. e.g checking out free online courses  something totally different from my area of profession. 

Bosses are humans too, they experience challenges. It is therefore important to know your boss.

-Know their leadership style

-Know their goals

-Communicate effectively

-Self assessment is important and it helps in knowing strenghts and weaknesses; therby giving a better clue when making decisions.

-Employees copy what their managers do, come to work early, they follow suit.

-Ethics are a guide on what is wrong / right and they need to always be considered.

Self assessment is vital. One needs to know their strenghts and weaknesses. This helps in decision making. Inability to identify one's strenghtd and weaknesses can cost one progression and development in the workplace.
