What I have learnt today

I have learnt  the importance of knowing one's strength and weaknesses so one can be productive in his/her role.I have also learnt that being in management ,one needs to emulate postitive work ethics as employers are more likely to copy what the managers do at work.If an employee works under a manager who is efficient ,professional and takes his/her job serious,that will breed competitive and competent employees.

I always give more to my job in terms of coming early all the time and leaving late to ensure that I have covered all the tasks that I need to do,and I prepare well ahead before I go home to relax as I do not like to take work home,unless it is absolutely necessary.This hs helped me to achieve great outcomes and those I supervised articulate that I am a good role model to them .This assessment reminded me of that .
