One of the most valuable aspects I learned is how essential it is to have a well-organized system for tracking applications, collecting necessary forms (like transcripts, recommendation letters, and proof of residency), and ensuring each step is completed before moving forward.
I learned the importance of staying current with Florida's education statutes and ensuring admissions practices align with approved guidelines. I’ll apply this by regularly reviewing regulations, accurately communicating program requirements, and guiding applicants through financial aid and enrollment processes while following institutional policies.
I have learned a great deal in this section, especially about the full requirements related to tuition and financial aid. This information helped me understand how tuition is structured, what fees are involved, and the various forms of financial assistance available to students.
In the admissions process, it is important to make sure that prospective students fit all requirements. It is also important to know what the university specific policies are for students admitted who are under the age of 18.

From this module I learned that it is important to ensure that the student is fully aware of all of the requirements for admission and that the guidelines and rules are very transparent. This is to ensure that they are able to make conscious decisions about the courses/classes that are being offered and that they will be able to refer to the rules to rectify their actions to adhere to the stated rules.
Attention to detail is warranted in the admissions process in order to not overlook important compliance and regulatory policies in addition to ensuring the prospective student has and knows everything prior to starting desired program. Having a checklist with required information is a helpful tool.

Certainly understand the admissions agreements and be able to follow them to a "t".
Communicate to the student on the information that you are permitted too from your school be clear and honest
