The importance to know everything about the statues and rules to best serve our institutions students. We must renew each year to stay up to date.
So far, I've learned that staying compliant is critical in admissions. I plan to apply this by making sure that all my documents are in compliance along with everything I say.

It's important to know about the rules and regulations to remain in compliance and most importantly the catalogs must be up to date.
This training helped me see how important it is for admissions staff to know the latest rules, policies, and the school’s catalog. It’s not just about following the rules, but making sure we give students the best experience and stay in line with what’s expected. I also found it really helpful to hear different points of view from others. It gave me ideas on how to use what I’ve learned in real situations with students.
