I so need to eliminate some stressors and it is hard to do. Great content!
I learned not to take it lightly and take care of myself first, then I am better prepared to help others. Do not ignor self stress levels.

I learned that exercising and stretching are good ways to reduce stress.
Reducing stress isn't about eliminating pressure, it's about controlling what you can, buffering what you can't and recovering efficiently.
I really liked this section! I spend alot of time already on creating to do lists, but never really thought of writing down may stressors and learning to eliminate, reduce or cope with them in a healthy way!
Identifying my stressors and trying to eliminate them or reduce them one at a time and ensure to get plenty of rest.
I have never written my stressors down. This is a good start to seeing what really causes stress and what can be eliminated.
With my type A personality, I do have a hard time in eliminating and reducing my stressors. I plan to use the techniques that were outlined in this module in order to eliminate/reduce my stressors, as well as the use of meditation in the future.

Making a list of things you can and cannot control will help decide what stress you can deal with. Many times we worry about things we have no control over.

Without addressing stressors, it is very likely you can develop stress-related health issues.
Create a to-do list of stressors to eliminate or reduce in order to gradually become as stress free as I can.

This Module has taught me that we can categorize our stress list items to be reduced or eliminated and there are certain ones that cannot be eliminated at all. Once we categorize them, we need to work on each one of them separately. we also need to adopt the strategies like exercising, meditation, sleeping sufficient hours, deep breathing, etc. to reduce stress overall. All this effort will definitely increase our productivity and well being in the long run.
One stressor at a time is a good strategy, but sometimes hard to do with constant distractions (email, students, coworkers, etc).
