Flipping the classroom means the students taking the material home and being able to apply the concepts afterwards in the classroom for immediate feedback and getting answers in a timely manner.

I know this works for clinical so I'm hoping to incorporate this into lectures as well.

IEP is for k-12 and doesn't cover into college.

People with ASD may have tics such as facial grimacing, nose twitching and throat clearing.

Autism ranges from each person who has it. Just because someone talks to you about a topic that they like, they are spewing facts not having a conversation.

When transitioning to a manager role - skills don't always transfer over. To perform well you'll need influence besides position.

Organize what stresses you by identifying what you can eliminate or reduce. Then do so. If it's inevitable, find a healthy way to handle it and decrease the unhealthy ways of handling it or you can become bald.

Something that I learned in college is bring the problem but a few solutions as well. I know sometimes I struggle to share what's going on in my life because I think to myself, people don't want to listen. So I brainstorm ideas for myself of what I can do to help myself. I then put those ideas into the conversation to ease myself into sharing my stressors but at the same time feel comfortable doing so. Use technology to help engage students like kahoots. Have a folder or workspace that accommodates assignments for organization- physical and digital. Choose an allotted time frame to check emails instead of every few minutes.
