Retention is an ongoing process and everyone's responsibility. 

Identifying your stressors is a good way to reduce or eliminate them to prevent health/mental issues. 

Being honest about stress and setting boundaries can help. 

Organized my tasks and utilize tools to help lighten my workload. 

Own your time and create limitations on others.
