Do not be afraid try simple tasks using AI test it but also check it's accuracy and then try complex tasks using AI 

I learned that to avoid common communication issues make sure to give clear subject to AI to search on, make sure no details are missing, and AI may not know your teaching material, also tell AI what is the purpose of your material you are asking for. 

I learned that use AI to make teaching students, but make sure to check the material is accurate before using it and also check if it is making a difference in students' learning outcomes. 

When ask for AI assitance you still need to verify information is correct before using it in the classroom 

Any AI content you integrate into teaching need to make sure look at bias, make sure it is towards all back ground communities, and also make sure it is up to date and credible also. 

Make sure to document that you used AI material and how did you check bias and if the content was checked for credibility. 

We have to make sure to detect bias and diversity is addressed when we use AI material for learning. 

When you are getting any information from AI weather you use phone or computer and before you share with students, you must check that there is no bias and also make sure it is credible information you are getting. 

Stress cab reduced using many methods such as deppbreathing exercises, walking in the sun 15 min, sleeping on time, reduce screen time. 

Take a break during work hours as a short walk. Take deep breaths. Talk about your stress. learn coping skills to deal with day to day issues.
