I have learned that motivating the students by reminding them of the great reward at the finish line consistently will assist them through the challenging journey. Some things we have control over and some things we do not have control over. We can take control over the things we do have control over. This advice also motivates me as an Instructor.

Almost the way a toddler learns by asking why, I encourage my nursing students to inquire why something occurs in our body, perhaps why the drug effects the patient the way it does due to all the comorbidities of the patient. its ok to ask questions as a nursing student, this facilitates learning because the more information they learn because they wanted to know it , I believe the more they will retain
