I have learned to use the gaming approch in teaching in my daily teaching. And increase more hands on activities.

I have learned how to encourage others through extrinsic and intrinsic motivations. To use these skills to help motivate my students better and myself.

To treat students like customers we need to implement guidelines, techniques for advising, and mentoring.

When implementing developmental academic advising as an Instructor you must have an understanding of your students.

Apply more passive listening.

Students should not be viewed as customers.  They should be viewed as investments that require dedication from teachers and administrators.

We often assess academic barrier. I have learned the importrance of assessing nonacademic barrier in the adult learner as well.

The two types of motivators are intrinsic and extrinsic.

Security and autonomy relate strongly to motivation. Supportiveness enhances both.

Great examples of when and why you would use different styles of tests. Multiple-Choice, True/False, Matching, Completion, Short Answer, and Essay.
