A change in verbiage can make a difference

Difficult learners range from participants who are dead set against learning, to learners who have just been momentarily sidetracked. Different levels of interruption require different intervention. As a good instructor, it is important to avoid using certain words in the classroom (should, could, etc)

Proper responses can make a positive impact on the class

The goal for an accelerated learning environment is to walk the fine line between learner-directed learning and total chaos.

I learned that there are lots of good ways to handle students that act up and that are shy. Also to prepare for class and research the topic that you are teaching to make it easier for you to ask questions and know what you are talking about, just incase they ask you questions

This was very informative. I learned a new technique

By using positive wording to help encourage and motive will help with the way your student learns

I've learned better ways to talk to students, better ways to manage my classroom, and that positive words help learning.

I intend to  foster the learning experience by using professionalism, courtesy and positive feedback

The use of the negasaurus is amazing and i think will be a quick and fun way to decrease negativity.

turn the negative into a positive. when students want something, let them have it for as long as it doesn't take away from the class. for example, if someone challenges you, let them and if you are wrong, admit it and be gracious about it.

If the classroom turns chaotic, the SAT method can be used.

I learned the importance of using positive words in the classroom.

Positive Mindset encourages Positive Growth.

Word choice is extremely important when interacting with students. I also learned the strategies for dealing with difficult students helpful.

I really appreciated the SAT method, especially the information about the word "because" and it's effectiveness in motivating others.

How just simply changing how you word things could create a completely different learning environment.

I feel this will help with the way i will address the class. What to say and what not to say

As an instructor, you must always be open to learning new things. Whether it's new subject matter or the way you present your material.

I learned to avoid certain words that bring about negativity for the learners but instead use positive words that will help to create a more positive environment for learning.
