This part of the course is very in depth. I want to look at all the recources and see what will work best for my classes. 

I am now more aware of new technology and the importance. 

being overprepared would help me, I do not feel confident enough in myself yet. Also confess to my own mistakes and do better next time. 

Listen to your student, acknowledge their concerns and then work on a solution. It may not always be in the students favor and they need to understand that. 

Being a new instructor I am still learning the ways student can manipulate. If only they would use this energy for their studies. 

Syllabus quiz is a great way to make sure they know all the key points that you need then to understand.

I need to pay attention to the type of questions that I am asking on a test and also how my students answer focused type questions. 

Pay attention to your students. They are not all in the same place.

Many students have question anxiety. They need to know that it is ok not to have every answer. it also leads to better discussions. 

Just as students have different learning styles instructors have different teaching styles. We need to pay attention that they work together.
