This topic helped me understand the important role an instructor plays in creating an accelerated learning environment. Effective instructors create a positive atmosphere, communicate clear expectations, and actively engage students in the learning process. I learned that enthusiasm, organization, and responsiveness can significantly influence student motivation and success. Instructors should also use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and keep students involved. I intend to apply these principles by being well prepared, maintaining an encouraging classroom environment, and adapting my instruction to meet student needs. These efforts will help promote learning, engagement, and student achievement.
This module was showing the difference between an instructor and a facilitator. Where the later creates an environment of engagement with the students to give them a richer understanding of the materials presented.
As instructors we need to keep the student engaged and part of the lesson by being interactive.
This course teaches about being aware of the different styles of teaching and learning. You can learn from new things while teaching. You can also learn from the energy of the class when to pivot your teaching style. By appropriately gaging and responding to the energy of the classroom you will keep the learning engaging and exciting all while delivering a premium learning experience.
This Topic Brings together various differences in being an INSTRUCTOR verses being a FACILITATOR
It points out how an Instructor can learn new things from the very course being taught by the instructor; how certain NEGATIVE words should be NOT be used, or Spoken, and certain words should Be AVOIDED, hence FILILITATING .
How to use different wording to let students know they're capable of learning and understanding the content you provide.
It is important for an instructor to by a facilitator and learner in the classroom. Practicing positive responses to questions and distracting behaviors can help control the classroom environment.
That us instructors should not use negative words and we should always be positive and encouraging
Good information. I have often been told that I am too direct.
Good information to have, i will most definitely be using these strategies moving forward
Its good when noticing student behavior issues, to try to respond in a way that best suits that behavior, so that the whole class can return to focus (including that student).

I learned in this part that we are learner facilitator, learner and teacher at same time . always we learning something every day in class front the students and yourself
I learned that an instructor’s word choice directly shapes how students interpret their ability to learn, often influencing confidence and engagement before content even begins. Seemingly neutral phrases can unintentionally trigger anxiety or self-doubt, while positive, forward-focused language helps students feel capable, curious, and motivated.
It is always important to be mindful about not only what you are saying, but how you say it.

As an instructor, your class can become a reflection of who you are. The words you use, the way you say things, the way you do things, all of those will lead into the personality of the class.
I like the suggestions on how to handle difficult students. It can be challenging when a student is being "difficult" without becoming defensive and authoritarian.
Avoiding negativity will always be beneficial in maintaining a productive classroom environment.
These are very good tools to have. Always wondered where my teachers and instructors learned how to get the more challenging students to come back around.
