I have learned about the importance of knowing your institutions catalog and enrollment agreement to be sure that it is accurately represented each time a tour or student is asking questions.

It is vital to understand the admissions requirements and policies before meeting with prospective students. You should always ask your supervisor questions if you are ever unsure of something. Also, it s important to ensure both parties are aware of the school catelog and enrollment agreement.

I learned that is important to be organized and to know the procedures and the institution's policies. It is important because you want to give accurate information to the prospective student.

This is important because it is good to be organized throughout the admissions process

I have learned it is very important to stick to the university guidelines and admissions requirements.

It is very important to always have a checklist for the interview and the entire applicant process. Additionally, be very clear about all the information of the institution, in order to be able to answer questions and give a correct orientation.

The enrollment agreement breakdown was very useful. Now, I can give a student a proper summary of what it includes: name of institution, title of program, time of requirement, costs, terms of payment, start date, anticipated end date, and the refund policy just to name a few.

I have learned the importance of the enrollment agreement and all the necessary terms that it must have included but not limited to: Title, Name of the institution, Time requirement and Credentials for satisfactory completion among other things.

It is important to be transparent, honest, and organized when speaking to prospective students.

Follow your institutions guideline with the admissions process

I learned the importance of having a check list before the interview and going through the list during the interview process to ensure that every item is covered.

Learned a lot about what is required to be clear and concise in the enrollment agreements and other paper work for the student. Also, that everything must be filled out even if you must put "N/A". Then making sure I know the processes for my school as far as next steps after creating the prospect profile.

I learned the importance of having a checklist before the prospective students come in.

I have learned the importance of familiarizing with all the paperwork before an interview and filing it. We must know very well the process and the tuition information to get a successful enrollment.

Basically a refresher, but as a reminder to build a checklist and enter everything into the student's online file when enrollment is finished.
