In this module I learned that attitude is 50% of the essential skills when talking to students.

In this module I learned that listening is key in the success of your communication. Active listening with open ears and non bias to get what you and the speaker need from the communication. 

This module expanded my knowledge on the correct ways to communicate my body language and how to understand others body language. 

In this module I learned about some key important things to communication. Something I didn't think about that this module taught me was that face to face communication seems the easiest and people can think they are over prepared for it so they don't structure their conversations often missing key points that needed to be discussed. 

In this module I learned that state regulator policies and procedures are constantly changing. It is important to stay up to date and compliant with them. 

In this module I learned that it is important to know the catalog and enrollment agreements to best answer students questions. I also learned that financial aid is only given to students who qualify and if I am not trained on financial aid I can not give students information on it. 

This module taught me that you must stay up to date on the state requirements, have up to date catalogs and enrollment agreements as well. All these documents should line up and clearly state to the student all their requirements for class. 

This module taught me that being precise and transparent with the student are vital in their success as students and our success as the institution. 

From this module I learned that it is extremely important to hold meetings and check the CIE site to stay up to date. It is also important to keep staff updated on changes in policies as well. 

In this module I learned the importance of the enrollment agreement and the importance of knowing the checklist before the interview. These two things allows you to keep the interview on point and obtain all the information you need to enroll a student.
