As an admission representative, I know it is critical to understand and be updated with all policies and procedures.

We must thoroughly understand the admissions process and the documentation that needs to be filled out accurately. Following the guidelines is vital so you do not misinform a student or misrepresent our institution.

I am gaining a better perspective of the guidelines and regulations that need to be followed to comply with the Department of Education rules. Everyone in every facet has a role to play, and we all need to follow the rules and regulations. This training is giving me a great resource to reference back to.
