I believe that in this module team work is going to make the dream work. Making sure everyone is aware of their roles, understanding that even if you're not accredited that there still is a big responsibility to make sure everyone is on the same page at all times and to reach out if there is confusion.

It is important to understand the program not just as a staff member but as a student too. To be able to be diverse with instruction and resources is important.

The admissions process is best completed when all of the paperwork is easy to find. It is important that all of the information is consistent from the tuition payments to the enrollment agreement. The more put together the entire package is the better it will be for everyone. 

As the program director and admissions director I have learned that being organized is the key. To have a binder/notebook with easy to access information will be helpful not just to the staff but also future students.
