Your Resource notebook should represent your institution. Keep it updated

I learned more about the laws regarding credit transfers.

transfers, accreditation, and tools for resources and etc .

I learned to make sure to connect with every department to better assist the needs of prospective students.

Staying organized, staying up to date, and the importance of the resource notebook.

What has struck me more is the transferability of credits, had not too much idea of that and now I know that the better I understand the policy of my institution, the better I can help the students

Importance of credits transfers policies to address it correctly to the student.

I learned about different resources and links that I can utilize in order to keep my information up to date and within compliance. Also learned the importance of setting and maintaining a Resource Notebook with critical and current information. Keeping up with the industries and everything regarding the programs we offer in our institutions, as well as credit transfer policy must be clearly communicated to the prospect student, was another take-a-away.

I really liked the list of website to refer to. I found it to be very helpful.

It is tremendously important to constantly check in with my superiors and with state regulations as to always be in compliance as things can change quickly.

This section of module went over transfer credits and accredidation. It also emphasized not only learning about and from the different departments, it also was a reminder to stay up to date with any changes to your school and any new rules and regulations.

The importance of knowing regulations and guidelines

The participation  in the meeting that will be held by different  departments is really important, and also the difference between licensing and accreditation.

I plan on using the periodic training resources offered by FAPSC as well as training offered by my institution to stay current and compliant in my role as Admissions Representative.

Private colleges need licensing in Florida, but they do not require accreditation.

I learned so far that: meetings and ongoing training are very important to the continued professional development of an admission representative

The resource notebook requires continual updates and must maintain critical information, which will ensure to make everyone's lives easier.
