I learned the difference between licensing and accreditation and that although they can be similar, they're different entirely.

So far I have learned about the different marketing stratagies that institutions may use.

I have learned about the importance of knowing your institutions catalog and enrollment agreement to be sure that it is accurately represented each time a tour or student is asking questions.

So far I've learned about agents and all the responsibilities as well as requirements they need to have in order to operate. I've also learned about different institutions which I believe it's important to know which you work for in regard to media management.
