I have learned that understanding Florida Statutes or the lack thereof and how it can impact our business both positively and negatively.  Very interesting.

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire program, it was both user friendly and informative

I have learned about the rules and regulations governing Florida and post-secondary education in addition to my role as an Admissions Representative.  

Comment on Autumn Lopez's post:  Autumn, I am in total agreement with you, we need to stay abreast, there is so much happening in and around our communities resulting in new rules and regulations being enacted.

It is important to keep abreast of all changes and adjustments to our processes, which will allow us to display professionalism and build confidence in what we do

Understanding the importance of rules and regulations, and the impact it can have on our institution due to lack of awareness.  Having all the necessary facts will also alow us to confidently disseminate information to our prospectve students, family and friends

I totally agree with al your comments, it is also one of my core value, and is worn on my sleeve daily.  Therefore it is important that we emphasize this through our walk and how we talk.  Keep up the good work fwllow Concordeits
