Communication is something we can't neglect. In a face-to-face course, many questions are answered instantly. But online, that's not the case. Therefore, we must be very clear with instructions, explain how to communicate with us, and always respond courteously. Good communication avoids confusion and makes students feel supported, even if we're remote.

If we want our students to have a good online experience, we must support them not only with content, but also by helping them develop reading, writing, participation, and collaboration skills. And all of this must be accompanied by close and effective communication.

This module helped me further appreciate the importance of communicating with empathy and closeness in the virtual environment. Active participation, ongoing support, and timely feedback not only strengthen learning but also make students feel heard, valued, and part of a community. As teachers, our voice can motivate, and our genuine interest can make a huge difference in their educational journey.

In this module, I can conclude several important characteristics for successful online classes, such as effective communication between I2E, E2I, and E2E, promoting good academic practices such as respecting copyright, and ensuring that communication with students must be clear, precise, and professional. This was simple knowledge but very useful to put into practice.

For this module , I have learned that non-technical skills such as communication, empathy, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for creating a positive and effective learning environment. I will apply this method by actively listening to students needs, and promoting collaboration to support diverse learning styles.

I have learned that being technically efficient is extremely important with online learning/courses. Setting clear standards and examples is a good way to help when a student is having this issue.

I learned that non-technical skills like communication, teamwork, and time management are very important. I will use this knowledge to help my students grow these skills in class activities and group work.

It is important to have strong communication skills when teaching online because all of our communication will have electronic or via video conferencing. You have to make sure you grab the students attention with the lecture materials and give positive feedback on submissions. You also have to communicate announcements on a weekly basis to keep the students engaged and reach out when you see the student getting behind.

It is essential to have strong communication skills and to provide meaningful feedback."

Providing feedback an important part of the grading process. It helps students see what they did well, as well as where they can improve in the future.

Assessment and feedback are very important as well as constructive feedback

This module has provided me with useful information regarding the importance of effective timely communication, the importance of group interaction and participation, and the importance of contributing to allow your voice to be heard.

The adult learner needs assessment and feedback.

A non tech skills to help online learners is to help them understand why the content is important to learn and that you care about the student's achievement of the learning outcomes.

Constructive feedback is so crucial for developing students' non-technical skills

It is important no to lose attention of the students online. To frequently ask questions, and allow participation.
