I feel as an instructor allowing students to utilize the vast real-time technology resources available to them can motivate them in a playful fashion to quickly find resources to present to the class in real time.

I feel that good teaching involves assessment if what you are teaching by learning the feedback from the students. It is really no different for those instructors using active learning techniques. Some of the instructors do not want to receive poor evaluations and ultimately, they want students to achieve course learning outcomes.

I feel that instructors can use video technology to increase students’ motivation to learn. There are multiple things that an instructor can do to teach their students and to keep them engaged so they don't feel overwhelmed.

I noticed in active learning, anything a student does in the learning environment, besides passively listening to a lecture, is active learning. Students help construct their own knowledge rather than being “force fed” information which is then easily forgotten.

I feel that the most effective way of managing the flow of large amounts of information is to create and maintain a simple but effective record-keeping system with the students. As an instructor you must find a reliable and effective way to organize and store the various forms of electronic material that will emerge from your course Also, there are different learning styles for every student.

I have learned from this module that we as instructors encourage reflection, critical thinking, and more student involvement. Even introverted students, who avoid speaking in traditional classroom settings, speak up in asynchronous discussion forums.

As an online instructor I feel that I must know how to influence, persuade, inspire, and energize their students just as would be done in a traditional classroom setting.

As an instructor for e-learning having a specific structure is a key for having the students understand the content of what they are learning. Communication is the biggest concern when having online students. Having support is key with tech and understanding your students.
