I've learned there are many different forms of support and learning modes to maximize the educational experience.
As an online instructor, there are many ways to deliver content to students. It is important for the instructor to be aware of how to deliver the material that is required for each unqiue program or insitution.
I would make sure I am familiar with the course delivery techniques and strategies for e-learning. I need to make sure I can manage the learning environment. I will also make sure I provide constant feedback to my students to help them to feel engaged and supported.
Familiarize yourself with the course delivery techniques and strategies
Your ability to manage the learning environment and each learner's learning experiences, and to provide informative and constructive feedback in a timely manner, is of prime importance to your success as an online instructor.
I did not know that these types of online classes had an abbreviation/term for them, CMS, I had not heard of this particular phrase before. I was reminded that online learning is much more effective for students to willingly participate when they know that their teacher is consistently monitoring the questions/problems that may arise. It is a much more pleasant experience for all involved when there are timely responses. As a substitute teacher, if my classroom assignments this year require online assignments, I will be sure to tell students the time frame of which I am available, and stick closely to these times to always be available to help. I will be certain to review assignments to make sure they work/can be submitted before I ask students to complete the assignment for themselves.

I have learned that teaching on e-learning is not as simple as one would assume. I think that this course has helped me realize that as an instructor I need to be able to nvigate the site, in order, to put assignments on and answer the students in a timely manner. I have learned that it is not easy for every student to adapt to the e-learning as well as the instructor especially when their is a software malfunction, or the computer system and software are not all compatable with the Course Management System.
It's important for me as an Instructor to familiarize myself with the course delivery techniques and strategies such as, what is the manner in which the content is delivered and what instructional, media, presentation, and display strategies are used. It's important for me to ensure success with e- learning structure is key.
This module provided a good reminder that structure of the course should be discussed with the students. I intend to add a video tutorial for the structure as well as add to my course outline.
As an Instructor it is imperative to familiarize myself with the course delivery techniques and strategies, learn different learning styles to reach my student so they will understand the learning materials and be successful with online learning.

First of all the instructor should be in control of the course. This means that he should be able to manage the program used as well as he knows the subject he taeches for most of the students experience technological issues when attending the course. Secondly, the instructor should not be the only one talking during the session. he should make sure that the students are included in discussions.
When it comes to an online learning environment it is essential for instructors to provide meaningful learning activities if they want to engage learners. By implementing active learning activities, I can enhance students intellectual interaction and facilitate positive learning outcomes.
It is important to know the content and know it from different points of view. Also, it is important to be available, flexible, and understanding. To apply this, every instruction would be thoughtfully done, delivery would be clear, and any misunderstandings would be cleared immediately.
Online instructor must be familiar with the Course Management System the school uses and also ensre the technical support is readily available to the e-learnesr so that they won't get furstrated.

With regards to: Online Teaching Techniques and its application, I learned in this course, that to become a good online instructor, I need to realize my effective level of preparedness, my transition into the responsibilities and roles used with teaching online and how to become effective and be efficient with the management of my students in this unique learning environment. I also learned that I need and will use techniques like projection of my authority and presence as an instructor in this e-learning setting, I will build an educational relationship with each student, encourage their positive participation and constructive feedback. I will also manage effective communications and manage unacceptable behavior and disagreement resolutions throughout. Likewise, I will employ the characteristics of quality online courses such as: structural integrity, navigational simplicity, intellectual interaction and an active learner centered system. I will utilize the knowledge that Modules and Lessons are the most popular course structure, employ the fact that a Course Management System - is the best online delivery paltform in an online environment; as well as tracking the performance of my students and their grades. I will also keep in mind the causitive facts of online student frustrations and the values of Technical support avaiability and interactions. I will familiarize myself with the course delivery techniques and strategies which are essential in my becoming an effective online instructor.
I"ve learned that you have to properly strategize before conducting an online class.
Being an online instructor is more than just being able to regurgitate information. You have to be able to take the classroom experience and bring it to life on the computer. The student needs to know that they can ask you questions offline as well as online. You also need to be able to explain not just the xontent but how to utilize the technology as well.
