I think the people learn in seing hearing and actually doing. You can lose a person with a long lecture. Make the powerpoints interesting with lots of images and color. Nowadays with social media, and technology we tend to have a short attention span and we get bored easily. Also most people to not enjoy reading they read a paragraph or two then move on.
This section has actually energizde me to try a completely diiferent approach to one of my subjects. I am getting very excited about the ideas that are running through my head right now. I can't wait to try them.

I like the 10 to 15 min blocks of learning. The information about humans being able to follow 5 to 7 instructional steps at a time will also be useful.
