Its good to introduce yourself on day one include educational bacground work experiences 

It is important to be prepared it sets classroom standards 

As an educator we need to  lead by example, improving developmental role, in order to improve student development.

I have learned that no moe method is preferred you have to adjust to each method to what is being learned in the course 

Planning ahad of time to be prepared dailt. 

Having clear policies regading asignment, test and quiz grades and updating grade book daily 

Be prpared to change activities be aware of students becoming ditracted. Defenatly haveing a Plan B is a good idea.
