I always make an effort to ensure my student's are receiving what they expected- and more. I make myself available to my students' and give them a lot of personal attention to enhance their experience. Our school has several differant times during the year when we address employment. We also keep track of all students who graduate and read Emails about thier sucess in getting a job. This really changes some students drive to want to finish all thier classes and in some cases they even want to do much better .

What is happening?

Why is it so difficult for faculty to see themselves serving more than the teaching role? many seem to know they are mentors and provide students care and attention and others...feel they do not need to add extra time to their day. What is happening?

Faculty/administration cooperation

I am glad that this section brought up the importance of a school advertising itself appropriately. I worked for many years at a college that I felt did not present a truthful face through its Admissions materials, and many students suffered as a result. A big contributor to the problem was a strong lack of quality interaction between the faculty and the administrative staff. Making sure everyone involved in the hierarchy has the same expectations can go a long way to preventing student alienation.

hi my name is mr leal I give the first day oratation. I welcome the student to the school with warm and happeness on that day a that they have 12 months of learning and happy times and bad times but it will be more happy then sad. As a teacher for 25yrs I give 100% to the student as well to the staff member BSA.
